The vegetable farm ‘Gemüsehof’ is located in the beautiful rose village of Steinfurth. Herbs, cabbage, leeks, beans, pumpkins and a variegated range of lettuce are grown on 20 hectares of the very best Wetterau soil, as well as tomatoes, cucumbers and aubergines on 4,000m² of greenhouse space. Great importance is given to biodiversity, landscape management and nature conservation, allowing an ecological balance to develop. Everyone benefits from this, because organic cultivation only succeeds in a respectful interaction between man and nature.
I am part of the PFN because research is important to me and I like to network.
