We, the Höhberg Kollektiv, have been running a small organic mixed farm as solidarity agriculture since 2022. Our farm is located in Oberrieden near Witzenhausen in northern Hesse. Our collective, consisting of 10 people, produces vegetables, bread, dairy and meat products for the members of SoLaWi. We rebuilt the vegetable nursery here at the site and started our second season in April 2024. With a team of four gardeners, we produce vegetables for 120 shares all year round in the Market Garden system.
